In 2014, he co-founded Black Rhino Creative, a documentary film production company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of traditional storytelling. A passion for finding the human spirit in every film, he has created content for broadcasters such as CBC, YTV, AMI, Discovery Channel, IFC and CTV.

Danny’s recent achievements include a six-part Indigenous food and travel series Red Chef Revival, currently being distributed internationally by Marble Media.

His next film, Nude To Me, is a 30-minute documentary exploring his unique family history that will air on CBC Gem in the spring of 2021. Currently, he is in production on a feature length documentary film exploring the science of healthy home design and in development of a 10 x 22’ unscripted television series.

Born and raised in Montréal, Danny now calls Vancouver his home-away-from=-home as he continues to develop unique character driven content for broadcast and streaming platforms.
