Elyse Levesque

Born and raised in Regina, Sask., award-winning actress Elyse Levesque made her acting debut in the acclaimed children’s television series The Incredible Story Studio (YTV).

After graduating from high school, Elyse traveled for two years working as a model all over Asia and Europe, before moving to Vancouver to pursue acting full-time. She quickly landed roles in several series, including Masters of Horror (Showtime) and Flash Gordon (SyFy). Elyse is best known, however, for her performance in the popular sci-fi series Stargate Universe (SyFy). Additional television credits include Storm Cell (Lifetime), Men In Trees (ABC), Smallville (CW), Journey To The Centre of The Earth (WB), Containment (CW), Cedar Cove (Hallmark) and The Originals (CW).

In 2014, Elyse won “Best Supporting Actress” at the Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival for her leading role in the feature film Spare Change. She also appeared in acclaimed filmmaker Carl Bessai’s Normal, which won “Best Western Canadian Feature Film” at the 2007 Vancouver International Film Festival. Other film credits include Fishing Naked and Sons of Liberty.

Elyse currently resides in Los Angeles.
