Panel: Higgs Still Mum On Blaney, and Fisheries Act Changes

It has been difficult to pin down Finance Minister Blaine Higgs' opinion of Margaret Ann Blaney's appointment to Efficiency NB. And the changes to the fisheries act downloads many responsibilities to the province. Our political panel regulars, Michael Camp and Lisa Keenan, are joined by guest panelist Jean Saint-Cyr, editorial writer for L'Acadie Nouvelle.
