Political Panel: The Economy, Welfare Debate and Liberal Renewal

The province may have gained 3-thousand jobs back in September, but the province's deficit projections are about 65-million-dollars higher than forcast back in March.  Finance Minister Blaine Higgs seemed to point his finger at the civil service, and he had some controversial comments about the social welfare system. Shift's political panel - Luc Desjardins, Michael Camp and Lisa Keenan - looks at the issues and the plans for a renewed Liberal Party.
