Graham in Atcon Conflict of Interest

Civil servants warned against giving Atcon a $50-million loan guarantee, but the government of Graham cabinet did it anyway. Atcon collapsed, and so far taxpayers have recouped just 341 thousand dollars from the bankruptcy. Now, a retired judge has ruled Shawn Graham was in a conflict of interest when his government said yes to the company.The CBC's Jacques Poitras has that story.
