Book: French Kids Eat Everything

french.JPGFor many parents, attempts to expand the standard Canadian kids menu beyond chicken fingers and grilled cheese can lead to major meltdowns. Author Karen LeBillon knows all about "picky eaters".  But after living in France for a year and watching how children there eat, she knew her kids' "finicky" eating habits could be conquered.  That transformation is described in her new book "French Kids Eat Everything."
