Students: Lower Voting Age

It seems we've almost come to expect a disinterest in politics and low voter turn-out among 18 to 25 year olds. But a group of young people in the province has a plan, and it involves citizenship education and lowering the voting age to 16. Elyse Hamel of the Federation Des Jeunes Francophones explains.
