Salomé Leclerc

Le Vent Du Nord

Salomé Leclerc discovered her love of music at the age of ten, learning the guitar and the drums in order to play with her brothers.

Taking part in numerous contests (Cégeps en spectacle, Festival international de la chanson de Granby, Ma première Place des Arts), she slowly developed her talent as a singer-songwriter.

Using these contests as a springboard, she began making contacts that eventually lead her to open for established artists such as Vincent Vallières and Gaétan Roussel.

In September 2011, Salomé launched her first album. Recorded in Paris with Emily Loizeau producing, Sous les arbres has helped her conquer critics and audiences alike.
