The lower churchill plan - selling power to consumers in the US.

Getting Lower Churchill Power to the US border will be challenging, getting it to actual US customers may be even more so. That's one of the messages that came from the recent meeting of the New England Governors and Eastern Canadian Premiers. Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin says the US power grid lack capacity to transport power and the price of power is key. On the Canadian side of the border Former federal environment minister Jim Prentice has weighed in on these issues.
