Most Montreal taxpayers face 3% hike

Mayor GĂ©rald Tremblay presents a budget that will mean an increase for most taxpayers of about $95 a year. The mayor also wants to cut the pension rolls by $50M.

Opposition councillor Peter McQueen tells us the city should do more - perhaps cut the pensions of retired employees who don't live in the city.
