Phone-in: What Kind Of Milk Do You Drink ?

Health Canada recommends drinking skim, 1% or 2% milk. And increasingly, health conscious consumers are following that advice. Over the past 20 years, consumption of whole milk has steadily decreased... while the amount of skim milk we drink has steadily increased. But Quebecers still drink more whole milk and less skimmed milk than people in the rest of Canada........
