Phone-in: Should we be cutting funding to the Canadian Armed Forces ?

The Canadian Armed Forces are slated to pull out of Afghanistan next summer.
Defence Minister Peter MacKay says he wants to cut the military budget by about five percent. Lieutenant General Andrew Leslie has been asked to do just that and last night in Toronto, he provided the first glimpses of his vision.
Leslie wants to cut defence bureaucracy and axe the ranks of reservists......
