Aisha is a television producer and diversity consultant. She is the founder of Representation Matters, a company dedicated to producing, creating, consulting, and casting for a more diverse lens in television, film, print and digital media. As a body image advocate, Fairclough is also founder of Body Confidence Canada, which produces the annual Body Confidence Canada Awards (BCCAs); the National Campaign #SizeismSUCKS,Fat in the City (fashion and lifestyle blog); and Body Confidence Awareness Week (#BCAWeek), a week of significance currently recognized by two of Canada's largest school boards servicing over 300,00 students.
