Flexibility. Strength. Improved posture.  These are just a few of the benefits of yoga, or so Walter Spence thought when he signed up for his very first yoga class.

There's no way a 'folding doughnut' is a yoga pose!- Walter Spence

"I thought I was doing yoga until halfway through then I threw out my back. I began to wonder if my instructor was just making it all up," said Mr. Spence "he was just yelling out a bunch of animal names and I don't think any of it was real."

Walter is demanding an inquiry by the Better Business Bureau of Ontario into the practice of "yoga" and is suing the studio where he was injured.

Pat Kelly spoke with him to learn more about his opinions on yoga.
