Jay Baruchel is an actor, director and screenwriter. In 2018, he released the memoir, Born Into It, a humorous look at being a lifelong hockey fan.

Baruchel's favourite book is The Collected Poems of Dylan Thomas.

"The book that I often go back to is this one. No one else makes me feel and see the colours that his words do. It is an incredibly cynical and, at the same time, hopeful view of the world that seems to dovetail with my own."
