Lou Phelps, is a Haitian Canadian rapper and producer who hails from Saint-Hubert, Que. Phelps is a member of the Canadian hip hop duo The Celestics alongside his brother, the producer known as Kaytranada.

When Phelps isn't recording or performing, he loves to read. He spoke with The Next Chapter about the book he's reading right now.

"I'm reading Small Giants by Bo Burlingham. It is basically different stories of different companies or different businesses that, instead of expanding or growing and becoming huge, they decide to stay local and stay relevant to their own.

"If you're into business and you're into success stories — and into people not selling out to make money — and you want to find guidance in your business decisions — this is a good book for you."

Lou Phelps's comments have been edited for length and clarity.
