Human Resource management and the benefits of pulse surveys over annual engagement surveys.

Pulse surveys are meant to shake up the way companies gauge employee satisfaction. That's because of the cynicism employees have about annual engagement surveys leading to any real change. Mark Podolsky of York University's School of Human Resource Management explains the benefits of pulse surveys in the changing HR world.
