Psychotherapy: there's an app for that

Talkspace is a US-based service that connects users with licensed therapists, who offer counselling by text message. The service counts many Canadians as customers. Talkspace Co-founder and CEO Oren Frank explains the service, and Dr. Todd Essig expresses his concerns about TalkSpace's text-based approach to therapy.
