Mark C. Taylor, a professor in the Department of Religion at Columbia University has thought a lot about time. In his book Speed Limits: Where Time Went and Why We Have So Little Left, he argues that lack of time is not just a personal issue, but a result of the link between accelerating technology and capitalism.
