A tunnel to (internet) freedom

In Paraguay, offers limited free internet access. Frustrated by this, Matias Insaurralde created a workaround so users could access the broader internet.

In Paraguay, offers free internet access, but only to Facebook and handful of other sites and services. Frustrated by this limitation, Matias Insaurralde created a software tool to give users access to the broader internet.
