This week, a repeat of one of our favourite episodes, from March 2015.

In his new book How to Fly a Horse: The Secret History of Creation, Invention, and Discovery, Kevin Ashton dispels the myth that creativity is a kind of magic bestowed upon a select few geniuses. He argues that creating is not magic, but work.
