An easy way to swap shifts with your co-workers

With the Shift Messenger app, people can swap shifts with co-workers without having to share their phone numbers.

Austin Vedder is the co-creator of Shift Messenger, a messaging app specifically designed to help retail and restaurant employees swap shifts. The app keeps your mobile number private and doesn't connect to your social networks. But what are the implications for managers and companies?
