Don't be a Gwyneth Paltrow. Be an Indra Nooyi

In this week's 'Elephant in the Room,' Martine and Isabelle take aim at successful women who make other women feel bad and encourage the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, Arianna Huffington and Sheryl Sandberg to be more like PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi who proclaims that women "can't have it all."

'Elephant in the Room' is a recurring segment where co-hosts Martine and Isabelle take on topics some people may be thinking about but not talking about.

From Arianna Huffington's Sleep Revolution to Sheryl Sandberg's Lean In and Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop lifestyle brand, there's no shortage of successful women imparting knowledge they believe could change any woman's life.

But in this week's "Elephant in the Room," Martine and Isabelle argue that these powerhouses constantly overlook their privilege and make other women feel bad.

Instead, they encourage the likes of Paltrow to be more like PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi, who soberly proclaims that women "can't have it all."
