In a new documentary called The Song and the Sorrow, singer-songwriter Catherine MacLellan examines the life of her famous father, Gene MacLellan, and their shared struggles with depression. She stopped by the q studio to perform and talk to Tom Power about making the documentary.
The Song and the Sorrow opens the Rendez-Vous with Madness Film Festival on Oct. 10.
