Meet Donté Colley, the inspirational Canadian Instagram dancer who's spreading positivity online

What's your go-to remedy for a rough day? For more than 800,000 people on Instagram, including Beyoncé and Ariana Grande, it's a 22-year-old dancer named Donté Colley.
The Canadian dancer and content creator lives in Scarborough, Ont. and gets his kicks from making motivational videos that combine upbeat music, inspirational phrases, dance and emojis.
Colley joined q's Tom Power in studio to talk about how he first discovered his love of dance and what he gets out of making others feel good online.
"My ultimate goal is just to make someone smile," said Colley. "It's super cool to see that there are people out there who are in search of what I'm looking for, which is positivity on the internet."
You can find Colley on Instagram at @donte.colley.
