Meet the man behind the Inspector Gadget and Power Rangers theme songs

While Shuki Levy once enjoyed a career onstage as a singer and performer, he found it more fun to be behind the scenes. That was what led him to the world of cartoon music.
Levy is the man behind some of TV's most memorable kids' show theme songs such as Inspector Gadget, He-Man and Power Rangers. His secret to writing a good theme? "I focus on the character itself when I start composing," he explains. "Then I take the directions of the producers, the kind of rhythm they want, and I just go with it."
Today on the show, Levy speaks to Tom Power about his career in composing theme songs and what he thinks of the latest Power Rangers film reboot.
