This year, the Canadian indie band Stars is celebrating 20 years of playing music together — and they've decided to mark the occasion in a really creative and unusual way.

Stars has developed a new stage show called Stars: Together, which is a dramatic retelling of the band's story starring the bandmembers themselves. Additionally, Stars has created a new career-spanning best-of collection called LaGuardia, which will be released this Friday.

Lead singer Torquil Campbell and drummer Pat McGee joined host Tom Power in the q studio to discuss their latest projects and the last two decades of Stars.

Stars: Together runs for the next couple weeks at the Streetcar Crowsnest Theatre in Toronto.
