CBC's Dave Seglins on exposing Ticketmaster's secret scalper program

Recently, CBC News and the Toronto Star investigated the way big industry players sell tickets. CBC News investigative reporter Dave Seglins went undercover to expose Ticketmaster's secret scalper program. Today, Seglins joins Tom Power in the q studio to shed some light on that investigation.
