Jonathan Van Ness is the poster boy for positivity on the hit Netflix show Queer Eye. The fun, high-energy grooming expert has helped countless people practice self-acceptance.

He's at the peak of his fame right now, but in his new memoir, Over the Top: A Raw Journey to Self-Love, he shares a lot of things that fans don't know about him — the big one in the news this week is that he's living with HIV.
