Cheryl Strayed on the life-changing power of quotations

If anyone understands the power of a good quotation, it's Cheryl Strayed. The Wild writer and Dear Sugar columnist has long collected and drawn inspiration from powerful sentences — whether they come from famous works of art or conversations with strangers.
Over the years she's created her own quotable collection. Strayedisms have become everything from tattoos to memes. Today Strayed joins Shad to talk about her new book, Brave Enough, and how powerful words help us reclaim our stories and tap into the deepest parts of ourselves.
