All month we'll be counting down the top 20 albums of 2015 — our annual list of must-hear albums. Today, q producer Mitch Pollock asks how Titus Andronicus is redefining the punk music movement. The answer? The Most Lamentable Tragedy, a 93-minute, 29-song rock opera.
