Searchlight: Orange O'Clock crowned Canada's best new act

Félicitations les boys! Orange O'Clock has been crowned the 2015 Searchlight champion! 

The Sherbrooke, Que. band got word from Friday guest host Tom Power, who called them bright and early to make the reveal live on air. The band beat out over 3,000 hopefuls to be crowned Canada's best new music act.

The trio will perform at this year's CBC Music festival in Toronto on May 23, and also receive $20,000 in gear from Yamaha Canada Music.
