While the Polaris Prize winning, Toronto hardcore act known as F--ked Up may be known for throat-shredding vocals and churning guitars, on their new album, Dose Your Dreams, the band does a 180 by adding disco, pop and doo-wop sounds to their repertoire. Three key members of the band, Damian Abraham, Mike Haliechuk and Jonah Falco drop by the q studio to discuss their new direction and how letting one member of the band take the reins has opened hundreds of creative doors.

Dose Your Dreams is out now.
