Should we stop calling people Come From Aways?

Today we're asking if we should stop calling people "Come From Aways". It's a term that's applied to visitors - as the hit musical, "Come From Away" has made very clear. But does calling people CFAs label them as outsiders, who don't fully belong? Should we stop calling people Come From Aways?
