On today's podcast, dozens of people from throughout Nunatsiavut participated in a forum this week to try to change food insecurity in the north. We'll hear what they have planned. We go snowshoeing with Graham Moorhouse to get some tips on how to dress appropriately for when you're out enjoying the great outdoors.
