'A code red for humanity'

A major new report from the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change is being called "a code red for humanity." We look at what’s in the report and why there’s some reason for hope, with investigative climate reporter Geoff Dembicki.

United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres is calling a major new report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change "a code red for humanity." Today on Front Burner, we break down what's in the report, its potential impact and why there might be reason to feel hopeful about it.

Our guest is Geoff Dembicki, a Canadian investigative climate journalist based in New York. He has a book about the oil sands, called The Lost Years, coming out next year.
