On Monday, Sheryl Sandberg's organization, Lean In, launched a campaign to " Ban the word Bossy." She says that the word deters young girls from leadership positions. The campaign has been endorsed by A-listers, like Jennifer Garner and Beyonce. But it's also gotten its fair share of blow back. Journalist Micheline Maynard and Lean In supporter Despina Zanganas join Brent to debate whether "bossy" should be retired, or reclaimed.
