Canada now ranks 20th for COVID-19 vaccine doses administered per capita, falling behind countries like the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as Poland and Serbia.

With shipment delays, confusion over the number of doses in each vaccine vial and growing concerns about variant spread, questions about the government's strategy are emerging.
