Auditor-General Michael Ferguson says the government is failing veterans who need mental-health services -- and our guest agrees with that diagnosis. Protesters are voicing their disgust in Ferguson, Missouri. But the grand jury decision doesn't mean the legal system is done with the white officer who killed an unarmed black teenager. And a lawyer offers his services for free to a couple slapped with a million-dollar insurance bill after their daughter was born prematurely on a Hawaiian vacation.
