The chances you're a medium at large... are small, according to new study on ESP
Got ESP? Not likely, according to a new study, based on a one year examination of Extrasensory Perception -- specifically the ability some people believe they have to know things based on information that they cannot perceive by the five traditional senses. The study was on the sixth sense, out of the Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences.
The lead author, Piers Howe, conducted his research after being approached by a student who believed she had a sixth sense.
The study concluded that some people can, indeed, sense things which they cannot consciously see, but that it is not a quasi-magical phenomenon.
