Reducing wait times for soldiers seeking mental health services

IMG_4343.jpgFive years ago, Valcartier based Master-Corporal Stéphane Legendre was getting ready for another mission. He'd been to Bosnia several times, and it would be his third and final trip to Afghanistan. But later that year, he took his own life. The coroner criticized the state of mental health services at the base.
