Current Pakatan board member raises concerns

Members of the Pakatan Corporation that was overseeing the construction of the Highway 138 expansion project on the Lower North Shore still have questions about how the $100 million project was being run. The Corporation has been pushed aside by Transport Quebec, and the whole file turned over to the police anti-corruption for investigation.
