Musi-Café waitress recounts moments before explosion

First-hand accounts of the explosion that has leveled part downtown Lac-Mégantic continue to emerge. Police say they have found 13 bodies in the ruins so far, and they say about 50 people are missing. Some of those missing are friends of Karine Blanchette.

Karine worked as a waitress at the Musi-Café, the bistro-bar where many of the missing were last seen. She told the CBC's Marika Wheeler she wasn't working that night, but almost went in to see friends.
