The Townships truffle

A new industry is cropping up in the Eastern Townships: truffles. Jérome Quirion is a biologist as well as a fruit and vegetable producer. He's been experimenting with growing Québec truffles at his family's orchard for several years now.

Our Townships reporter Alison Brunette met with him in his fields to find out just how one goes about growing a truffle.
