Pitbull ban could be lifted in Sherbrooke

pitbull.jpgSherbrooke's city council is moving to lift its long-time ban against certain dog breeds. Since 1997, residents have not been allowed to keep four breeds: the bull terrier, the Staffordshire bull terrier, the American staffordshire and the American pitbull terrier.

That makes it one of the first cities in North America moving to reverse breed-specifics bans. Sarah Rogers joined us in our Sherbrooke studio to tell us more.
