General Wolfe's personal letters is coming to Canada

A1-Wolfe22nw1.JPGMore than 200 personal letters written home by General James Wolfe, leading up to historic the Battle on the Plains of Abraham, have been acquired by the Rare Books Library at the University of Toronto. Anne Dondertman, associate librarian for special collections and director of the Fisher library, tells us more about what's in the collection, and how the library snatched it up despite the last-ditch appeals from British historians.
