Farms experiencing delays with migrant worker permits

Farms that rely on migrant workers are worried their workers won't arrive in time for the spring. More than 8000 migrant workers came to Quebec last year to work on farms across the province, most from Mexico and Guatemala. Farmers have raised concerns that work permits are arriving later than usual this year, and they say getting updates from Service Canada has been difficult.
