Concerns over centralization of Carnaval events

IMG_5999.JPGNow that the 59th edition of Quebec City's famous Winter Carnaval has wrapped up, people are airing their grievances about what they'd like to see done differently. Concerns over the centralization of the popular winter festival on the Plains of Abraham are high on the list. CBC's Julia Caron brings us a look at how things used to be done in the St-Sauveur neighbourhood.
