Horse meat on Quebec's menu

Horse meat is considered a cheaper form of meat in Europe. A scandal has erupted in the past few weeks after horse meat was found in burgers that were labelled as beef burgers.

Horse meat has since been detected other prepared foods in Europe. While eating horse meat is largely taboo in Britain and some other countries, that's not the case in Quebec.  Allison Van Rassel visited Le Pied Bleu restaurant in Quebec City where you can find "bavette", on the menu.
