CEGEP teachers agree on back to school plan

CEGEP teachers threatening not to return to work this semester have reached a deal with the CEGEP federation. The teachers fear a hectic work schedule as the semester resumes cut short by a student boycott and Bill 78. CEGEPs agreed to hire new teachers to help alleviate the work load.
