Students fall short in search engine efficiency

While search engines have become pervasive in many aspects of our daily lives, many of us lack the knowledge of how to conduct an efficient search. This is a growing problem among students, especially when looking for academic sources in university. Eliza McKnight, an academic librarian at Bishop's University, speaks to Susan about some concrete ways students (and you!) can improve how to seek out accurate information online.
